ALSM is a not-for-profit organization that has been serving families for more than 60 years. Our services and programs now span eight counties including Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield, Fulton, Huntingdon, and Somerset. ALSM currently offers care at three retirement living communities, ALSM at Home, Counseling, Senior Daily Living Centers, Head Start, Early Head Start, Family Center, Parent-Child Home Program, and child care centers. In 2008, ALSM served more than 3000 clients and provided more than $1 million of charitable care to those persons who needed care but did not have funds. All of ALSM's staff is dedicated to providing quality, hands-on care personifying the ALSM mission to serve people with love, compassion, and mercy.
