JOB TITLE:  LPN

SUPERVISOR:  Director of Nursing

LOCATION:  The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, The Lutheran Home at Johnstown

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide nursing care to the residents and supervise the day to day operations of nurse assistants; report all accidents/incidents and changes in resident's condition observed on shift.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an LPN program and one year experience in LTC; ability to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
