JOB TITLE: Nurse Assistant

SUPERVISOR:  Director of Nursing

LOCATION:      The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, The Lutheran Home at Johnstown

RESPONSIBILITIES: Record all entries on flow sheets, charts, etc., reports all accidents/incidents and changes in resident’s condition observed on shift; review care plan daily.

QUALIFICATIONS: Certified nurse aide in PA or eligibility pending; ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
