JOB TITLE: RN Supervisor

SUPERVISOR: Director of Nursing

LOCATION:    The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, The Lutheran Home at Johnstown

RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct day to day functions of nursing activities; participate in developing, maintaining and updating written policies and procedures; participate in developing agenda for care plan committee meetings as necessary; report all accidents/incidents and changes in resident's condition observed on shift.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of RN program and one year experience in LTC; able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
