Under this plan, employees are provided the opportunity to choose benefits which meet their current needs. ALSM provides a benefit allocation which employees can use to build their personalized benefit package. The plan the employee selects can be changed one time yearly during the Annual Benefits Fair. The available options are:

1 Part-time health insurance plan
Short term disability
Long term disability
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Life Insurance - (employee determines amount)
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
401K Pension Program
Child care benefit
Adult Day Care benefit
Cash buy out
