A typical schedule for school-age children would include:

Morning Schedule  
6:30-7am Quiet activities/free choice
7-7:45am Board games/homework
7:45-8am Clean-up and dismissal

Afternoon Schedule
 
3-3:45pm Snack/social time/free choice
3:45-5:30pm Children will be divided into 2-3 groups for the following activities: homework, outdoor or indoor active group games and planned group activities
5:30-6pm Board games/cards and clean-up
  Departure

A typical summer day schedule for school-age children would include:

6:30-8am Quiet activities/rest area available for early arrivals who need rest time
8-9am Outside time/exercise
9-9:30am Morning snack (donated by parents)
  Devotions/Bible readings or lessons
9:30am-12pm Group time with teachers/activities centered around daily theme
12-1:30pm Lunch (done in groups) and clean-up
1:30-3pm Quiet hours (reading and journal writing)
3-3:30pm Active organized games and activities
3:30-4pm Afternoon snack (Kid Stop provides) and clean-up
4-5pm Organized games and activities
5-6pm Free play (indoors and outdoors)
