If you need additional assistance at home, our staff team members would be happy to assist you in arranging for services through our in-home program, ALSM at Home or other community programs. If your doctor decides you need additional assistance, we can provide help with personal care or skilled nursing at one of our three campuses: The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, The Lutheran Home at Johnstown and The Oaks at Pleasant Gap.
