Services
Services at the Senior Daily Living Center include an extensive activity schedule to get all participants involved and keep their minds busy and active.
A typical day would include:
8:30-9am – Arrival and independent activities
9am – Morning snacks
10am – Scheduled activities
11am – Personal care for those who need it
12pm – Lunch
1pm – Rest
1:30-4pm – Scheduled activities
4-6pm – Independent activities/departure
Nursing services are offered at the center by an LPN:
Bowel/bladder training and incontinence care
Gait training
Medication administration
Diabetes checks
Nourishment and dietary supplements
Bathing and skin care
Range of motion and use of adaptive equipment
Total assessments, include monitoring of vital signs
Transportation is available through Somerset County Transportation System at a nominal fee.
