Senior living apartments are one-bedroom (686 total square feet) or two-bedroom (938 square feet). Bathrooms feature a fiberglass shower/tub combination with grab bars. Kitchen features 30” electric range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and double stainless steel sink with garbage disposal. Double-glazed Pella casement windows have venetian blinds between the panes, and rotary cranks open windows. Living room and bedroom floors are carpeted, with vinyl tile in the kitchen and ceramic tile in the bathroom.

Rent includes maintenance fee, water, garbage, sewage, gas heat, taxes, use of laundry facilities and share of common area utilities. Residents are responsible for electric, telephone, cable and internet access.

Cottages

A senior living cottage at Hickory Commons is the perfect place to call home if you are looking to move into something smaller and more manageable.

Spacious two bedroom homes (800 to 1200 square feet) feature a full, eat-in kitchen with appliances, living room, storage area, two baths, porch and carport, all on one floor.
