Senior living cottages range in floor plan and square footage options (900 to 1700 square feet). Cottages feature a full, eat-in kitchen with appliances, living room, storage area, two baths, porch and carport, all on one floor.
Rent includes maintenance, taxes, scheduled transportation and activities. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Small pets are welcome.
